WELCOME

For Neurodiversity Celebration Week, I partnered with one of our Instructional Designers to launch an insightful LinkedIn campaign designed to inform, empower, and drive real change in workplace inclusion. Our goal was to shed light on the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face at work and to equip our audience with practical tools to foster a more supportive environment.

Over the course of the week, we published two in-depth blogs and shared a suite of downloadable resources, including a meeting checklist, an infographic, and a comprehensive workbook packed with a glossary of terms, a “hacking my motivation” sheet, and more. The response was outstanding: our workbook achieved a record-breaking 66.47% engagement rate and a 24% click-through rate, a 4.07% boost in website views and we gained 3 new leads.

This campaign not only sparked meaningful conversations but also empowered our community with actionable resources demonstrating the power of authentic storytelling and collaboration in driving awareness and inclusion during Neurodiversity Celebration Week

A Guide for Managers

Do you want to create a more inclusive workplace? 15-20% of the workforce is neurodivergent, so you would think it would be beneficial to adapt work environments to help aid that large percent.
